SWBOYA’S 2019

During my employment at Hive Communications, the company entered itself for its chance to be nominated and to win an award for Apprenticeship Employer, and I was the apprentice in question which was the subject of judgement to the panel selecting their winner. The award symbolised hard work demonstrated by the employer, with their determination to provide a highly resourceful and powerful approach to practical education, and growth of an apprentice in their care. The award also represented the progress, achievements and promise of the apprentices work throughout the scheme. Hive Communications was amongst 4 other nominated businesses.

15,000ft Charity Fundraiser Tandem Sky Dive

This incredibly fun and first in my lifetime activity was a collaborative effort between Blue Bee and the Red Devils, whereby the Blue Bee team raised money for Salisbury Hospice Charity through a donations page. This was my first ever skydive and who better to go with and to jump from an amazing height!

S6C Promotional Material Representative

While at St Josephs secondary school I was asked along with other students to have my photograph taken for an upcoming sixth form college which was opening. Little did I know that I would later attend this college. The photographs were to be used in promotional material and the prospectus. After the first release of the prospectus, I discovered I was put on the cover, from then on I was used in other core promotional material such as banners, posters, local bus advertisements and leaflets.

Cancer Research UK Head Shave Fundraiser 2018

What started as a joke between friends that I should shave my famously large ‘quiff’ off, became one of my most fun achievements in my life. I have always wanted to raise a large sum of money for the charity after both my father’s parents (whom I never met) passed away due to cancer.
